Human Resource Department With Professionally

We’re based out of Visakhapatnam, in a place called Srinivasa Plaza Apartments. Our door number is /3/2, right in the Balayya Sastri Layout. It’s a bit of a mouthful of a name for a company, but we just go by the HR department here. We deal with a lot of hiring and people management stuff. The office is inside the apartment building, so it’s got a very lived-in feel. We can see some of the city traffic from our window. Vizag is a nice place to work, especially with the sea breeze coming in sometimes. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We aren't a giant agency, just a small team trying to make the hiring process a bit less of a headache for everyone involved. The layout is quiet for the most part, which helps when we’re doing interviews. Sometimes we have to juggle a lot of different tasks at once, but we manage to get through it. We don't have any corporate slogans or anything like that. We just sit at our desks, drink our coffee, and try to find the right people for the jobs we have on file.
