We’re over here in Visakhapatnam, working on all things related to hiring and jobs. Vizag is a nice place to be, even if the humidity gets a bit much during the summer months. Our office is where we spend our time looking through applications and talking to folks who are searching for work. We don't try to be anything we aren't; we just provide some help to companies that need people and people who need companies. It involves a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks for Avance Hr Solutions. Sometimes we meet candidates in person, and it’s always interesting to hear their stories. We’ve seen the city grow a lot over the years, and with that comes more jobs. We try to keep up with who is hiring for what. It’s not a fancy operation with high-tech gadgets. We just use our computers and our phones to connect people. Some days are slow and we just tidy up our files, while other days the phone won't stop ringing. We appreciate the local feel of the city and try to keep our work simple. If someone is looking for a job, we see what we have and let them know. It’s pretty straightforward. We don't make big promises, we just do our best to find a good match. It’s what we’ve been doing for a while now right here by the coast. We’re just an HR firm trying to keep up with the local demand.
