Vanya Tours & Travels is located at K-56/84-A in the Ausanganj area of Jaitpura. We are pretty close to D.A.V. College, which is a big landmark around here. Our neighborhood is a bit away from the main riverfront, so it’s a different kind of busy with students and local markets. We’ve been running this travel business for a while now. It’s a family-style operation, nothing too formal. We handle car rentals and trip planning for people who live around here or are visiting the nearby colleges and businesses. The office is just a simple place where we keep our keys and our logbooks. We don't have a big team of sales people. It’s usually just one or two of us handling the phones and the walk-ins. Some days we are very busy with bookings, and other days we just sit and talk about the news. We know the roads in and out of Jaitpura very well, which is good because they can be tricky during the rainy season. We don't make big promises or use fancy language. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. If a car is going to be late because of a train crossing, we let you know. It’s a very honest way of working. We just want to keep the business going and help people get around Varanasi without too much fuss or complicated plans for their journey.
