Our place is at B-2/2, Ananta Colony in Nadesar. It’s right near Hotel Taj, so it’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the area. We’ve been running Holy City Tours & Travels for some time now. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a small office where we handle car bookings and travel plans for people visiting Varanasi. The streets here can get really crowded, so we spend a lot of our time on the phone with drivers, making sure they aren't stuck in some narrow lane. We don't have any fancy brochures or a marketing team. Most of our work comes from people who just walk in or have heard about us from someone else. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with papers everywhere and the tea kettle going, but we manage to get the job done. We mostly help folks who need a ride to the ghats or a trip out to Sarnath. We know which drivers are good and which ones know the shortcuts to avoid the main road traffic. It’s a busy life here in Kashi. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the car shows up when it’s supposed to and that people get where they are going without too much trouble. It’s just us doing our daily work. There is always a lot of noise from the main road, but we've gotten used to it over the years.
