Aaa Tours Travels

Our travel shop is at B.12/86 Gauriganj, right across from the LIC Building in Bhelupur. It is a busy spot and we have been here for a long time. We mostly do train tickets and car bookings for people needing to get to the station or out of town. The office is small with just a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. I usually have to clean the front window every morning because the dust from the street is really bad. My cousin helps me with the phone calls and the paperwork when it gets busy. We do not have any fancy online systems, so we mostly just talk to people face-to-face or on the phone. We have a big calendar on the wall to keep track of all the bookings. In the afternoons it gets pretty hot, so we have to keep the fans running all the time. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait for the ticket system to work, which can be annoying when there is a line. We know the local taxi drivers well and we just try to get people on their way without much trouble. It is just a regular local business and we stay busy with the locals and the few tourists who find their way to Gauriganj. It is steady work and it keeps us going.
