Our location is in the Anathalaya Building, room 118, right in the Lahurabir area of Varanasi. It is a well-known building so most people do not have much trouble finding us when they need to book a trip. Being in Lahurabir means we are right in the middle of a lot of commercial activity. The building itself has been around for a while and has a bit of character to it. We have our office set up inside where it is a bit quieter than the busy street outside. Most of our day is spent looking at schedules and talking to people about their travel plans. We do not use any complicated systems, just regular computers and notebooks to keep things organized. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow so taking the stairs is usually faster if you are in a hurry. We have met all sorts of people over the years from families going on holiday to businessmen needing a quick ride. It is a steady job and we like the rhythm of the city. We do not have any corporate scripts or fancy presentations. We just talk to people like neighbors and try to get their tickets or cars sorted out. It is a small operation but we stay busy enough with the locals and the tourists passing through. It helps being in a building that everyone recognizes in this part of town.
