You can find us at No. 10/13 A-1 in Ganj, Sarnath. Being in Sarnath means we are always surrounded by people coming from all over to see the stupas and the temples. Our office is a simple one, mostly just some chairs for guests and a few desks covered in travel brochures and train schedules. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to fix bookings or talking to drivers. It’s a bit chaotic because travel rarely goes exactly as planned, especially with the local traffic. We see a lot of different faces every day. Some people are looking for a quick trip, while others are on a long pilgrimage. We try to help them figure out the best way to get where they are going without spending too much. The Ganj area is always lively, and there is a lot of shouting and honking right outside our window. We usually have some tea going for anyone who stops by. It’s not a high-end travel lounge; it’s just a place where we try to sort out the logistics of moving people from one place to another. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to do everything manually, which is a headache. But we’ve been doing this for a while now, so we know how to handle the hiccups. It’s just a regular life in a very historic part of the world. We don't mind the chaos too much; it makes the day go by fast.
