Tulip Travel India is on the first floor of Kuber Complex, right at the Rathyatra Crossing. It’s a very busy intersection in Varanasi, so there is always something going on outside. From our window, you can see all the chaos of the crossing. We’ve been based in this complex for some time now. We handle a lot of different travel things, like booking flights or helping people figure out their holiday plans. Since we are on the first floor, it’s a bit away from the street noise, which helps when we have to concentrate on ticket details and passports. We don't have a huge, fancy lounge for people to sit in. It’s just a regular office with some chairs and computers. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to airlines or hotels. It can be a bit tedious, but we make sure the details are right. People come up the stairs and tell us where they want to go, and we see what’s available for them. We aren't trying to sell anyone something they don't need. We just provide the facts and the prices we find. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. Rathyatra is a good spot because everyone passes through here eventually. If you’re at the crossing, just look for the Kuber building and come on up. We’re usually there making sure the itineraries are sorted out for our travelers.
