Our office is located in Singh Katra on Bhagwanpur Road, which is in the Lanka area. We are quite close to the Trauma Centre A, so there’s always a lot of activity outside our door. Lanka is a busy place, full of students and people coming and going from the university. We’ve been here at Trusted Tours & Travels for a good number of years. It’s a small, basic setup. We have a few desks and some chairs for when people come in to talk about their trips. We aren't a big corporate firm; we are just a local business trying to make things work. Most of our day is spent on the phone with drivers or helping people figure out their travel timings. In a place like Varanasi, you have to be flexible because things change fast. A road might be closed or a festival might start out of nowhere. We tell our customers how it is and don't try to sugarcoat the traffic situation. We don't have a big website or spend money on glossy ads. People find us because they know where we are or someone told them we could help. We handle airport drops, station pickups, and some longer trips too. It’s a lot of coordinating and making sure the cars are ready. It’s not a fancy life, but it keeps us on our toes. We just try to get the job done every single day without any extra fuss.
