Tour Travel Service is at Shop Number- 8 on Mall Road in the Cantonment area. It’s a small shop, right on the main stretch, so we get to see everything that goes on in this part of Varanasi - 221002. Mall Road is always full of people and cars, and being at Shop 8 means we are right in the thick of it. The shop itself is pretty basic. We have a few chairs for visitors and a desk where we keep all our paperwork. It’s not a fancy place, but it works for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time talking to people who are just passing by or who have heard about us from their friends. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a few of us here. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the travel details. Sometimes it’s a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a fan that keeps things moving. We’ve been at this location for a while now and we know the neighborhood inside and out. It’s a busy, noisy, and real part of the city. We don't use any big marketing talk. We just sit here at our desks on Mall Road and do the work that needs to be done. If you’re ever walking down toward the Cantonment, you’ll probably see us there at Shop 8.
