Tiwari Travel Agent

I've been running Tiwari Travel Agent for a while now from the Prabhu Sundaram Guest House in Shivala. It is a busy part of Varanasi, but we find it's a good spot to meet people. Mostly, it is just me and a couple of others handling the phones and the walk-ins. People come by when they need a train ticket or maybe a car to get around the city for the day. Being right here in Shivala means we see a lot of tourists and pilgrims every single morning. It isn't a fancy office with big signs or anything. We just have a desk and some chairs where you can sit while we check the schedules. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power goes out, but we get things done eventually. We know the roads around here quite well. If someone needs to get to the station early, we usually know who can take them. It is just a small local operation. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers or trying to find seats on the crowded trains. We don't do much advertising because most people just find us by walking past the guest house. It feels like a very normal way to work. If you are staying nearby in Shivala, you might have seen us. We are just trying to help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. That's really all there is to it. We keep things simple here. We've lived in this city our whole lives.
