Swati Tour & Travel is situated right on the G T Road in the Industrial Estate area of Chandpur. It’s a very practical location for a business like ours. Being on the main road means we are easy to reach for anyone coming into or leaving Varanasi. The area around us is full of workshops, factories, and warehouses, so it has a real working-class feel to it. Our office is no different. It’s a functional space where we get the work done without any fuss. We spend our days coordinating with drivers and making sure all the bookings are confirmed and ready to go. It’s not always easy, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know how to handle the hurdles that come up. We don't put on any airs or pretend to be something we aren't. We talk to our customers plainly and tell them exactly what to expect. Most of our work comes from the people who work in the Industrial Estate or live nearby in the Chandpur area. They know we are here if something goes wrong with their plans. The office is often a bit noisy because of the heavy trucks passing on G T Road, but we don’t mind it. It reminds us that things are moving. We are just a small team trying to keep things organized. We aren't looking to change the world, just to help you get your travel plans sorted without any extra stress.
