Star Cargo And Travel is located out in Sarnath, specifically at S A 6/101 in Srinagar Colony, near Akatha Pahadiya. Sarnath is a bit quieter than the main city center, which we actually quite like. We handle two different sides of the business here. One side is the cargo part, where we help people ship things, and the other side is the travel agency. We've been in this part of Varanasi for a while now. The office is a bit of a mix of things, with boxes waiting to be sent out and computers for booking tickets. It’s a family-run sort of place. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our customers are people from the colony or businesses nearby who need to send goods. We also help tourists who come to visit the stupas and temples in Sarnath with their onward travel. It’s a practical setup. We spend a lot of time on the phone with shipping companies or checking flight schedules. The area around Akatha Pahadiya is growing, so we stay pretty busy. We don't have a fancy waiting room, just some plastic chairs if you need to wait. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we enjoy being away from the extreme crowds of the main city. We just do our work and try to help our neighbors out with their travel and shipping. We might not have a big team, but we get the job done.
