Star Bricks

We have been running Star Bricks for some time out in Todar Pur. You can find our yard right near Mohan Sarai and Raja Talab. It is a busy spot with trucks coming and going at all hours. Making bricks is what we do here and it is mostly just hard, physical work under the sun. We start early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool before the heat really kicks in. Most of the folks around this part know where we are located because we have been here a while. The address is pretty simple to find if you follow the main roads. We spend our time moving heavy stacks and making sure the rows are straight. It is not a fancy office. Just a regular brick yard with a lot of red dust that gets into everything. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time getting in and out because the roads near Raja Talab are narrow. We just keep at it though because people always need bricks for their walls and houses. My hands are usually dirty by nine in the morning and they stay that way until I go home. That is just how it goes when you work with clay all day long. We do not spend much time on computers. We are usually outside in the yard. If you come by Mohan Sarai, you will see the tall stacks. It is a straightforward business. We make them, stack them, and then folks come to get them for their buildings.
