Servshakti Farmer Producer Companylimited

We are based out of Manvir Singh’s place here in Gyanpur Pd. It's just a regular spot in Agwan Pur where a bunch of us farmers decided to get organized as Servshakti Farmer Producer Companylimited. Usually, there's a lot of noise from the tractors nearby. We spend most of our mornings talking about the soil and what the weather looks like for the next week. Moradabad gets quite hot, so we try to get most things done before the sun is too high. It isn't a fancy setup. We have some papers stacked on an old wooden desk and a few chairs for when neighbors stop by to ask about seeds or how to handle the latest pests. Our main thing is just making sure the local growers in our patch of Muradabad have some way to sell what they grow without getting a bad deal. Manvir keeps the office tidy enough, but it’s a working space, so there is always some dust from the road. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us, a few ledgers, and a lot of talk about the crops. Sometimes the tea runs out before the meetings are over. We’ve been here a while now and most people around here know the way to the door. It’s just how we get by, working the land and trying to keep things fair for everyone in the group.
