Paramdhany Producer Company Limited

We are over here in Chornear Parampuri Dham village. The office is really just a room at Shweta Singh’s place. You have to walk down the main village path to find us. Sheosagar is a quiet area most of the year, but when harvest time comes, everything changes. Paramdhany was started because a few of us felt we could do more together than alone. We aren't some big business with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s usually just one or two of us sitting with a ledger and some pens. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside and talk. It’s about the grain and the seeds, really. We spend a lot of time talking about prices and looking at the weather. It’s a lot of work to keep things moving. We don't have a website or anything like that, just our phone numbers and this address. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few bags of samples lying around. The dust from the fields gets everywhere, even inside. We just clean it up and keep going. It isn't always pretty, and we make mistakes, but we try to fix them quickly. That's just how it is here. We are just local people trying to make a living from what grows in our soil. The sun is hot, the work is hard, but it is what we know how to do. We just keep our heads down and work.
