Sangoshthi Farmer Producer Companylimited is situated over in Balrampur. If you are looking for us, we are at Kesh Prakash Chauhan’s place in Banarchatwa Budhipur. It is a bit of a long address, but it is just a normal spot in our village. We started this whole thing because the farmers around Budhipur really needed a better way to get their goods to the markets. Balrampur has a lot of agriculture, but it can be really tough for one person to get a fair deal on their own. We are just local people, not some big company from a city far away. Most of our time is spent outdoors in the dirt or sitting under a tree talking about the latest prices. The name Sangoshthi basically means a gathering or a meeting, which is exactly how we run things. We get together, pool our crops, and try to find the best way to move them. It isn’t always a smooth process. The roads around here get pretty bad during the monsoon and everything slows down to a crawl. But we just keep going anyway. We are just a group from Budhipur doing the same work we have always done, just now we have a proper company name on the documents. We do not have any fancy talk, just a lot of hard work and hoping for good rain for our crops this year.
