S K Cab & Travels is based over in Ardali Bazar at S 2/42. We are right near the Sarket House, which is how most people find us. This part of Varanasi has a bit of a different feel, more official with the offices and the police lines nearby. We've been doing the cab business for a long time. Our days are mostly spent on the phone with drivers or talking to people who need a ride to the station or maybe a longer trip out of town. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The office is a basic room where we keep track of where all the cars are. We don’t have a big website or a marketing team. We just rely on people knowing us in the neighborhood. Sometimes the weather is bad and the roads are a mess, but we try to keep things on schedule as much as possible. We’re just regular people trying to run a reliable service for the local folks. We’ve seen the city grow and the traffic get worse, so we’ve learned how to manage the timings better over the years. We don't use fancy slogans or big words. We just get the cars ready and make sure the drivers know where they are going. It’s a local business through and through.
