You can find us at C-27/229 in Jagatganj. We are pretty close to the Pradeep Hotel, which most people in this area know well. Our office is a small one, tucked into the street. We deal with all sorts of travel requests, mostly just local car rentals and planning trips for families. Jagatganj is a lively part of Varanasi, and there is always something happening right outside our door. We don't have a big team or any complicated systems. It’s mostly just sitting down with a notebook and a phone. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers all know us. It isn't a high-end corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a regular room with some maps on the wall and a couple of fans to keep the heat away. We don't promise anything revolutionary. We just look at the schedules and see what we can do for whoever walks in. The mornings are usually the busiest when everyone wants to head out at once. We’ve learned to handle the rush over the years. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea while waiting for the phone to ring. It’s a simple way of living and working in this city. We just keep things practical and try to stay organized despite the general chaos of the busy city streets. We enjoy being a part of this neighborhood and seeing the same faces.
