We operate out of Ck 23/14 over in Rani Kuan Chowk. This area is always packed, and our building is right in the thick of it. It’s a bit of an old structure, with narrow stairs and small windows. We’ve been doing business here for years. It’s mostly about managing orders and talking to suppliers. The name sounds big, but we’re just a handful of people in a small office. There are files piled up on the desks and the phone rings a lot. Sometimes it’s hard to hear over the noise from the street below. There are always rickshaws and people shouting outside. We deal with various items, moving things from one place to another. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking lists. We don't have a showroom or anything fancy to look at. If you come by, you’ll just see us working at our desks. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going. The power goes out sometimes, and we just wait it out or use the back-up. It's not the most modern setup, but it works for what we do. We know all the other shopkeepers around Rani Kuan. It’s a tight community. We just stay focused on the daily grind, making sure the shipments go out and the ledger is balanced at the end of the month. The dust from the street gets in everywhere, so we are always wiping down the tables.
