Pahalprerna Mahila Producer Company Limited

We are a group of women here in Sultanpur. Our company is called Pahalprerna Mahila Producer Company Limited. We are based at Basanti Devi’s place, which is at 12 Shahpatti. Sultanpur is our town and we have been living and working here for a very long time. This is a women's company because we wanted to have more control over what we produce and how we sell it. It is not always easy for women in this line of work, but we are making it happen ourselves. Basanti Devi’s house is where we meet to keep our records and talk about our plans. The address is 12 Shahpatti, and the pincode is 228001. We grow different things depending on the season. We don't have a big office with air conditioning or fancy furniture. We have a small room with some chairs and our common goals. Most of us have families to look after as well as the fields, so we stay very busy. We talk to each other about the best seeds to use and how to get a better price at the market so our families can do better. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Uttar Pradesh. We just want to do well for our own homes and our community here in Sultanpur. People know us in the neighborhood as hard workers. We are just local women trying to run a business the right way without any big corporate talk.
