We aren't trying to be some big city business. Honestly, we just needed a better way to get our produce out to the markets without losing out every time. Most of us grew up on these lands. We know the dirt and the seasons better than anything else. Having a company name on the gate doesn't change much of the daily grind. We still get up early and stay out late. The paperwork part is new to some of us, but we’re learning how it works. We use the space in Daulatabad to store things and meet up. It’s a simple setup. Agra is famous for a lot of things, but for us, it’s just home and where our fields are. Sometimes we sit around and argue about the best way to do things, but that’s just how it goes when everyone has their own way of farming. We figured out that being together under one name helps when we need to buy fertilizer or get a tractor. It’s practical. No one here wears a suit. We just do the work and hope the rain comes when it’s supposed to.
