Our place is at S-211/116 in Pared Kothi. If you know where the Hotel Grand Continental is, we are right across from there. Being so close to Varanasi Cantt means we see a lot of people coming and going every single day. We handle two different things here, travel bookings and courier services. It’s a bit of a mix, but it works for us. The office can get crowded with boxes and parcels waiting to be sent out. We also spend a lot of time on the phone arranging taxis or buses for folks. It is a loud area with all the horns and the station noise, but you get used to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just stay in our spot and do the work that comes in. There’s no polished corporate vibe here. It’s just a counter, some ledgers, and a few of us trying to keep things moving. Sometimes the internet is slow or a driver is late, and we just deal with it as it happens. People come to us because we are right there on the main road. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive ads. The focus is just on getting the parcels out and the travelers to where they need to go. It’s been our daily routine for a long time now in this part of Varanasi and we really like the people we meet.
