We've been over here at Dayal Enclave in Mahmoorganj for some time now. Our office is right by Galaxy Hospital, at number 44. It's just a regular spot where people come in to figure out their travel stuff. Usually, someone is sitting at the desk handling calls or paperwork. We don't do anything too fancy, just help folks get from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes the traffic outside near the hospital gets a bit loud, but it’s a good location for people in Varanasi to find us. We handle a lot of different requests throughout the day. Some people want to go far away, others just need a car for the afternoon. It gets busy on Monday mornings especially. We try to keep things simple here. No big speeches or anything, just talking through what people need. The space is small but it works for what we do. If you're walking around Mahmoorganj, you might have seen our sign near the gate. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we just keep doing our thing day by day. It’s mostly about making sure the bookings are right and the drivers know where to go. Nothing more to it really. We stay open pretty regular hours throughout the week. It’s a local business, run by people who live right around here. We know the roads and the shortcuts, so we can usually give some decent advice. It's just an honest way to spend the day.
