Harhua Farmer Producer Company Limited is run from the village of Mohawmohaw Gosaipur, which is under the Cholapur post. Smt Manorama Devi’s place is where we keep our records and meet up. We are a collective of farmers from the Harhua area. Most of us have small plots of land, and it was getting harder to make ends meet on our own. So, we decided to pool our efforts. We don't have a fancy storefront or a polished website. Our business is conducted in the fields and on the porches of our homes. We deal with the daily realities of farming like the heat, the rain, and the pests. It’s not always a smooth process, and we’ve had our share of arguments over how things should be done, but we always figure it out. We focus on getting the work done and making sure our produce gets to where it needs to go. We are just local people trying to make the most of what we have. If you walk through Mohawmohaw, you’ll see our crops and our families working side by side. We don't have any grand slogans. We just want to farm our land and get a fair price for the hard work we put in. It’s a basic way of living, but it’s our way. We stick together because it’s the only way to survive in this business and look after our homes.
