Being a farmer producer company, we are right in the middle of where the work actually happens. We aren't sitting in some high-rise office in a city. We are out here where the fields are. The address is C/O Alok Singh, and that’s where the main activity happens. It’s a simple building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just us handling the requirements of the farmers we work with. The roads leading up to Argoopurkalan can be a bit rough depending on the time of year, but that’s normal for our part of the world. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or marketing stuff because everyone in the local farming community knows where to find Alok and the rest of the group. We deal with things as they come. If someone has a problem with their yield or needs to figure out some logistics, they just come over. It’s an informal way of doing business, but it works for us. We don’t have any big speeches or mission statements posted on the walls. We just get through the work that needs doing each day and try to keep things organized for the producers involved. It’s hard work, but we are used to it and wouldn't really want to be anywhere else.
