Giri & Giri Exports

Giri & Giri Exports is located on the first floor of D-10/28 in Vishwanath Gali. If you know the Gali, you know it is one of the busiest and narrowest streets in the city. There are people and shops everywhere, and it can be quite a challenge just to walk through. Our office and workshop are up a narrow set of stairs, which keeps us away from the main noise of the street. It is a bit cooler and quieter up here. We have several rooms filled with textiles and other items we deal with. We spend our days sorting through materials, measuring things out, and getting them ready for our customers. We don’t have an elevator, so we have to carry everything up and down the stairs by hand. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when the weather is hot. We have been in this same spot for a long time and we know all the other business owners in the Gali. We aren't interested in having a big, modern office. We like the history and the energy of this part of the city. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the people who drop by. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just buy and sell goods and try to stay organized in the middle of all the chaos. It’s a good life for us.
