Our office is tucked away in the Vishwanath Puri Colony area, specifically on Sindhora Road in Shivpur. It is a bit of a walk from the main city chaos, which some people actually like. We spend most of our mornings checking schedules and making sure the cars are ready. Nawalpur-Basahai is a familiar neighborhood to us, and we have been operating out of this G-2 spot for quite some time now. It isn't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. Usually, it is just a couple of us handling the phones and writing down names. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to do things the old way with a pen and a ledger. We mostly help people figure out how to get from one part of Varanasi to another without getting lost. People stop by after seeing our sign near the colony entrance. We don't have a big waiting room, just a few chairs and some old maps on the wall. It gets dusty because of the road work nearby, but we keep the place going. Work starts early because tourists usually want to beat the heat. We don't use fancy computers for everything; a lot of it is just knowing which driver is available and where the traffic is thinnest. It is honest work in a quiet part of town. We just focus on getting the tickets printed and the bags loaded without making a fuss about it.
