You can find Avis Tours & Travels over at S-8/415-1 on M A Road in the Khajuri area. We have been in this part of Varanasi for a while now. It is a decent location because M A Road is a main path for a lot of people. The office is pretty basic, just a place for us to sit and handle the bookings. We mostly deal with people who need to arrange trips or get a car for the day. Khajuri is a busy neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside our door. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or talking to people who drop in. It is not a fancy operation. We have some old desks and a few chairs for people to sit while we figure out their travel dates. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the work done. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to catch up on paperwork or talk to the neighbors. When it gets busy, it really gets busy, and we are all hands on deck. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything. We just want to make sure the bookings are handled and the cars show up on time. It is just a regular local business in a busy part of the city, run by people who know the area well and work hard every day.
