Auntagro Farmer Producer Company Limited

Auntagro Farmer Producer Company Limited is a small group we set up in Aunta village. We are located in the Hamirpur district. We use Neeraj’s place as our home base. It is house number 1 in Aunta, so if you are in the village, it is pretty easy to find us. We are just a bunch of regular folks from Hamirpur who spend our lives growing things. We came up with the name Auntagro by just mixing our village name with agriculture. We didn’t want anything that sounded too corporate or complicated. Farming in this part of the country is not always easy because the soil can be tough and water is sometimes a problem. We found out that working as a group makes it a bit easier to get the supplies we need without paying too much. Most of our days are spent out in the fields doing the actual work. When we have to handle the company business, we just sit down at the house and talk it through. You won't find anyone in a suit here. We just wear our regular clothes and talk about the rain or the seeds. We just hope to keep the farming tradition in our village going for a long time. It is what we know and what we have always done. There is not much more to the story than that.
