Our office is located at House Number 1 in the Civil Line area, specifically at Ghanshyam Shukla’s residence. This is where the Ashokpur Farmer Producer Company Limited gets its work done. Being in the Civil Line makes it a bit more central for when we have to go into town for business. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who care about how farming is done in our area. The work involves a lot of coordinating with local growers and making sure everyone is on the same page. It’s not always a smooth process, as anyone who has worked with a group of people knows. We have our fair share of long meetings and disagreements, but we always come back to the main goal of helping the producers. The house serves as our headquarters, so it feels more like a home than a workplace. We handle the paperwork, the registrations, and the phone calls from this spot. It’s a practical way to run things without spending too much on overhead. People in the neighborhood know what we are doing, and we get a lot of visitors who just want to talk about their crops. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to be done by the end of the week. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the chores.
