Agampur Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Shahabad, right here in Agampur Sikandarpur. We operate from Amar Kumar’s place in Narkatra, which is part of Hardoi. It’s mostly a local effort where several of us got together to handle the farming stuff better. Around here, farming is what everyone knows, so we decided to pool our resources. It wasn’t some big plan, just a way to manage the seeds and the harvests without getting overwhelmed by the middleman. We spend a lot of time out in the fields or just sitting around talking about what needs to be planted next. Hardoi 241124 is the postcode if you are sending something, but mostly people just stop by. There’s a lot of work involved in keeping things moving, from checking the soil to making sure the tools are in good shape for the season. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just want to make sure the crops are good and the families here have what they need. Some days are long, especially when the weather isn't helping, but we stick together. It’s just how things are done in our part of Sikandarpur. We handle the paperwork when we have to, though we’d much rather be outside. It’s a practical way of living and working. We are just local people trying to make the most of the land we have. It is hard work, but we are doing it together.
