Aastha Services

We are over at Shop Number B-15/58 on Bhelupura Road. Most people know this area as Sonarpura, and we are quite close to the LIC Zonal Branch. Aastha Services is just a small shop where we handle a mix of things. It is mostly travel related, but we also help with other bits and pieces if someone walks in and asks. The road outside is always crowded with rikshaws and people going to the market. We've been here long enough that we know most of the shopkeepers on this block. It’s a bit of a tight space inside, usually filled with stacks of paper and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who take turns being in the shop. People stop by on their way to work to check on ticket prices or to see if a driver is available for the weekend. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We don't use any fancy software for managing things, just a notebook and some basic websites. It gets a bit chaotic when three people come in at once asking for different things. But we manage to sort it out. Being near the LIC branch helps because people use that as a landmark to find us. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency, just a place in the neighborhood where you can get your travel sorted without any fuss.
