Pooja Enterprise

Our place is situated right near the railway station in the GIDC Industrial Area, just off N.H. 8. It can be a very noisy spot because the trains pass by frequently, but honestly, we don't even notice the sound anymore. Pooja Enterprise has been functioning from this specific corner for a long time. We handle a variety of industrial supplies and whatever else the workshops in this neighborhood might need on short notice. Being so close to the highway is actually quite helpful for the delivery trucks, even if the traffic on N.H. 8 gets completely stuck during the evening hours. We generally start our day early to avoid the worst of the heat and we stay until the last order is packed up. There is no air conditioning in the storage section, so we just keep the big rolling doors wide open to catch any breeze that comes through. We have a tiny desk squeezed into the back corner for doing the bills, but most of our energy goes into moving boxes and talking with the drivers. It is a very basic setup without any frills. We are a small team and everyone knows exactly where every part is kept on the shelves. Sometimes a customer wants something very specific and we have to spend some time digging through the older stock to find it. It is dusty and sometimes tiring, but it is the work we know and have done for years.
