You can find us at Plot No. 1004/1-A in the 3rd Phase of the Gidc. We are right opposite Champion Jointing Ltd, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find the gate. Our place is basically one big warehouse filled with shelves and boxes. We keep all sorts of spares for different types of machines. It can be a bit of a maze inside because we have so many different parts tucked away in corners. When someone comes in looking for a specific bolt or a gear, we usually know exactly which shelf to head for, even if it looks a bit unorganized to an outsider. It’s a lot of manual work, climbing up ladders and moving crates around. The Gidc area is always humming with activity, and we see a lot of different people coming through our doors every day. We don’t have a big showroom or anything like that. It’s just a counter and the shelves behind it. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking with suppliers or telling people what we have in stock. The office part is just a small desk with a computer and a lot of paper catalogs that we still use. It gets a bit dusty with all the cardboard and metal around, but we keep it moving and make sure people get the parts they need for their machines.
