DHANLAXMI POWER TOOLS

Our shop is number four, right across the road from the SBI branch here in Bhilad. If you’ve spent any time in this part of Valsad, you know how busy it gets during the day. We have been working with power tools for a long while now. The shop is usually full of boxes and various machines like drills and grinders. It’s not the cleanest place because there’s always a bit of dust from the tools and people coming in and out from construction sites. We don’t have any fancy displays. Everything is just stacked where we can find it quickly when someone asks for a specific part. Sometimes the fan makes a weird clicking noise, but we’re used to it. Most of our day is spent talking to regular customers who need something fixed or are looking for a new tool to get a job done. We aren’t big on fancy talk or long meetings. Usually, it’s just us sitting on the stools near the counter, drinking tea and waiting for the next person to walk in. Being right by the bank is helpful because everyone knows the spot. We close up when the sun goes down and head home. It's a simple life and the work is steady. We don't really do much online, we just prefer when people come by and tell us what they need face to face. That’s how we’ve always done it here and it works for us.
