Shubham Engineering Works

We are over at Plot No. 1303/A in the 3rd Phase of GIDC. Shubham Engineering Works is basically just a few of us working with machines every day. The road outside gets pretty muddy when it rains, which makes it a pain to move anything heavy, but we manage somehow. Inside, it’s mostly just the smell of cutting oil and the constant hum of the motors. We don't spend money on fancy signs or a reception area. If you come looking for us, you’ll find us in the back. Usually, someone is welding or grinding something down. My brother and I started this because we knew how to handle the tools. We don't have a big corporate setup. It's just a practical space where we take on whatever engineering jobs come through the door. Some weeks are quiet and we spend time cleaning the floor or fixing our own equipment. Other weeks we are staying late just to keep up. We try to be honest about what we can do and what we can’t. The 3rd Phase is a busy area, lots of trucks moving in and out all day long. It gets noisy. We take a break for lunch around one and usually sit on the stools near the entrance. It's a simple life, really. Just making sure the work gets done right so we can go home. We've been here for years and the machines just keep running and keeping us busy every day.
