Kailas Ovara Madhyamik Shala

You can find us on Kailas Road in the Mograwadi area of Valsad. We are a secondary school, or a Madhyamik Shala as people call it around here. The building isn't new, and it has that lived-in feel that comes with years of students running through the halls. We have several classrooms spread across the floors, and they are usually filled with the sound of teachers talking and chalk on boards. It's a very local spot. Most of our students live just a few streets away, so there is a lot of walking back and forth. We don't have a big fancy entrance, just a gate that stays open during school hours. Inside, things are pretty simple. We have wooden benches that have been around for a long time and a small library that we try to keep organized. The staff here are locals too, so we understand the neighborhood well. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical problems like a leaky roof during the monsoon or a fan that stops spinning, but we fix things as they come up. It's an honest place. We aren't trying to be anything other than a school for the kids in Mograwadi. Parents often stop by the gate to have a quick word with the staff. It’s a tight-knit environment where everyone knows each other’s business, which helps keep the students on track. We've been at this for a long time and don't plan on changing much.
