G V D Sarvajanik High School is tucked away in Valsad. It’s a place that’s been around for long enough that many of the parents today used to be students here themselves. We are at address number 2, and the 396001 area is where we call home. The school is a basic structure, nothing too modern, but it does the job. We have classrooms that get plenty of light and a staff that has been working together for years. It’s a very local feel here. We don't use a lot of big words or have expensive brochures. Most people find out about us just by living in the town. The routine is the same every day: bells ring, students shuffle between classes, and we try to keep the noise levels down during exams. We have some trees in the yard that provide a bit of shade, which is nice in the afternoons. Sometimes the office gets a bit disorganized with all the paperwork, and we’re always looking for more chalk or markers. We aren't trying to be the most prestigious place around; we just want to be a solid school for the local community. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, teach the kids, and go home to our families. It’s just how life is here in Valsad, and we are happy to be a part of it.
