Mentioning the Hero Honda showroom across the street helps people find the gate. We've been at Plot 239 for a while now. GIDC is always busy, especially near Gol Canteen where everyone grabs lunch. It gets dusty and loud with all the trucks moving in and out, but that’s just how it is here. Most mornings start early with opening the shutters and checking what came in the day before. We aren't a big fancy office with air conditioning. It’s just a workshop where things get done. Some days are slower than others, but there is always a machine that needs oiling or a pile of material to sort through. We know most of the neighbors by now. The tea stall guy nearby knows exactly how we like our chai. It isn't a glamorous life, but it pays the bills and we take some pride in staying busy. If you are looking for us, look for the big showroom across the road and you'll see our sign. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the floor gets a bit cluttered when a big job comes in. It is just a regular place with regular people working hard to make sure everything leaves the shop in good shape. That’s pretty much the story of Padmavati Enterprise. We aren't interested in making things sound better than they are. We just work hard and go home at the end of the day.
