Vardhman Tube Mill

We are located at J-905/2 Phase III in the GIDC area of Umbergaon. Vardhman Tube Mill has been operating out of this spot in the Valsad district for quite a bit. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s always loud with the sound of machinery and trucks moving around. We mostly deal with metal tubes and pipes of different sizes. It’s dirty work sometimes, but that’s just how it is in a mill. We spend a lot of our time checking the machines and making sure the metal is being cut and shaped the right way. The GIDC in Umbergaon is a big place, and being in Phase III means we are surrounded by other factories. We have a small crew of guys who know how to handle the equipment. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. People come to us when they need specific tubing for construction or some other industrial use. We keep an eye on the quality because if a tube isn't right, it won't work for the customer. Most of our days are spent on the shop floor. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going. It’s a basic operation. We load up the trucks and send the stuff out to where it’s needed. We’ve been in Valsad long enough to know the local suppliers and how things work around here. It’s just steady, hard work every day and we stay focused on production.
