J K Steel is located at Plot No. 1601/C in the III Phase of Gidc. It’s a large area and can be a bit confusing if you aren't familiar with the different phases of the industrial zone. We spend most of our time dealing with heavy loads. Steel isn’t easy to move around so we have the equipment we need right there in the yard. The sun hits the metal pretty hard in the afternoons and makes the whole place hot. We have a small office area at the front but most of the action happens in the back where the stock is. We’ve been at this Gidc location for years. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here but it’s a good spot for a steel business. We don't have any polished floors or air conditioning in the main area. It’s a gritty kind of job and the building reflects that. We are just regular people working with metal every day. You can hear the sounds of the cranes and the trucks all day long in Phase III. We just keep our inventory organized as best as we can. J K Steel isn’t about being flashy. We just make sure the materials are where they need to be. It’s a straightforward life at Plot No. 1601/C. We finish up our work and prepare for the next round of deliveries every single evening.
