Dharampur Farmers Producer Company Limited is run right from Baroliya. We are located at house number 238 in Nishal Faliya. The office is actually at Kishorbhai Parsotbhai Jadav’s place. In a small village like ours in Dharampur, that’s how things usually work. You don't go looking for a big office building; you just go to the house where the work happens. We are a bunch of farmers who decided to team up. We spend a lot of time talking on the porch or in the yard about the upcoming season. Baroliya is a quiet spot, and the air is much better than in the big towns. Kishorbhai is usually around to help anyone who stops by with paperwork or questions about the seeds. We don't have a website or any of that high-tech stuff that people talk about. We just have our registers and our word. When the harvest comes, the whole faliya gets busy. There’s a lot of coordination to do, moving crops and making sure everyone gets their fair share. It’s a local thing, through and through. We know the land here and we know the people.
