Bhagyapriy Aqua is based in Dandi, specifically at 211 Hanuman Faliya in the Bhagal area of Valsad. We are pretty close to the water here, which makes sense given that we work with aquaculture. The office is right in the middle of the local neighborhood, so you’ll see kids playing and neighbors chatting while we are working. It’s a real community feel. We deal with fish and shrimp farming mostly. It’s a wet and messy business, so don't expect us to be wearing suits if you come by. We spend a lot of time at the ponds and less time behind a desk. Valsad has a lot of potential for this kind of work, and we’ve been trying to make a go of it for a few years now. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate and the salt levels get all wrong, which causes a lot of stress. We just do our best to manage it. It’s a small family-style operation. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. It’s just us trying to keep the tanks healthy and the business running. We know most of our suppliers by their first names.
