White House

White House is located right near Tower Road in the Raopura area. If you know this part of the city, you know it has a lot of history and the streets are always full of people going about their business. We have been here for a bit, and our shop is just a regular place where we keep our stock and wait for customers to drop by. Raopura is a busy spot, so there is never a dull moment looking out the front door. We don't do anything too fancy with the shop layout. It is mostly just shelves filled with what we sell and a counter where we chat with the regulars. Sometimes people just stop in to say hello while they are out near the tower. We spend a lot of time folding things and making sure the displays don't look too cluttered, though that is a losing battle most days. The building itself is older, like many in this neighborhood, and it has a bit of character that you don't find in the new malls. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of deliveries arriving at once, but we manage to find a place for everything eventually. It is just a simple, local way of doing business, and we are happy to be part of the daily life on Tower Road, even when the heat makes the afternoons a bit slow.
