Riddhi Optical

We run this optical shop out of Mangaldeep Apartment in Tarsali. Our unit is number 14, and we are right in the Charkop area. The shop has been here for a good while, and we have glass cases filled with all different kinds of frames. It takes a fair amount of work to keep the glass clean and free of smudges every day. We spend our time doing eye tests and helping people find a pair of glasses that feels right on their face. Some days are pretty quiet, and we just sit and wait for someone to walk through the door. Other times, it can get quite crowded if a few families come in at once. Since the shop is on the smaller side, it feels a bit full when that happens. We have a small mirror on the wall for people to check their reflections. The light inside is kept quite bright so everyone can see the frames clearly. Occasionally, the machine we use for the lenses makes a loud grinding noise in the back room, but we’re used to it. Most of our customers are locals who live in the apartments nearby. We know a lot of them by name and have seen their kids grow up over the years. It’s a steady, simple business and we enjoy the daily routine of helping people see a bit better.
