Webgraphy Software Solution is tucked away in 311 Paradise Complex over in Sayajiganj. It’s one of those buildings that has everything going on at once. We’re on the third floor, so we get a bit of a view of the street if we stand near the windows. Sayajiganj is always moving, so there is plenty of noise from the outside, but we don’t mind it much. It makes the day go by faster. Our space is pretty basic. We have some desks, chairs that aren't perfectly matched, and a whole lot of cables running under the floor. It’s not a showroom, it’s just where we write code and talk about software. We have a small pantry where the kettle is always running because we drink way too much coffee. Most of us have been working here together for a while, so we know each other's habits. We don't have any big corporate rules about where you sit or how you talk. If something needs to be fixed, we just talk about it across the room. The building elevator is a bit slow, so a lot of us just take the stairs for the exercise. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We’re just regular people trying to make software that actually works for once. It’s a lot of staring at screens and scratching heads, honestly. We didn't choose this spot for the luxury, but it serves us well enough for what we do every day.
