We are over at Plot No. 143-1 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. It’s been a while since we moved into this spot, and the workshop isn’t anything fancy. It is just a place where we get the work done every single day. Most mornings start with unlocking the main gate and checking what needs to be finished from the day before. We have a few guys who have been with us for years now. They know where every tool is kept, even when things get a bit messy during a busy week. The area around us is always noisy with other factories running their machines, so you kind of get used to the constant hum after a while. We don't really spend much time on the office part of things. Most of our time is spent out on the floor where the real activity happens. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine needs a quick fix, and we just handle it as it comes. It's a practical way of working. People stop by to talk about their requirements and we just sit down and figure it out on a piece of paper. There are no big presentations or anything like that here. We just focus on the task at hand. The GIDC area has changed over the years, but our spot at 143-1 stays pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and do what we know how to do. It’s a straightforward life.
