You can find us at A 5 Divyashraya Bunglow. It's right opposite the Kalyan Party Plot on Vasana Road. Having a business in a bungalow is nice because it feels more like a home than an office. We call ourselves Aaditya Innovators. We work on different projects and small gadgets. It’s a lot of experimenting and trying things out. Sometimes things work on the first try, but usually they don't. The party plot across the street gets really loud on wedding nights during the season. We can hear the music and the drums clearly while we are trying to work. It’s a very lively neighborhood. We have a small garden in the front that we try to keep tidy. We spend time there when we need a break from the computer screens. We don't have a big staff here. Just a few people who really like building things from scratch. The rooms are filled with prototypes, wires, and sketches. It’s a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is kept. Vasana Road has everything we need nearby, like the hardware store and some food stalls. We get our supplies from local shops whenever we can. We don't really follow a strict corporate schedule with punch clocks. We work when there's a problem to solve. Sometimes we stay very late into the night. It's a relaxed atmosphere mostly. We just enjoy the process of making things. No fancy titles or suits here. Everyone just chips in on whatever is needed. It’s a practical way to run things.
