Hi-Teck Services

If you come down to Plot No. 118-d in the GIDC Industrial Estate, you’ll find us usually covered in grease or staring at a machine part. Hi-Teck Services isn't a place with carpets or nice paintings. It’s a workshop. We have benches piled with tools and old manuals that have seen better days. Some people think the name sounds fancy, but it’s just us fixing things that break. The building is a bit old, and the paint is peeling near the windows, but the roof doesn't leak much. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to customers about parts that haven't arrived yet. It can be frustrating, but that’s just how it is in this business. Our neighbor at 118-c is always running a generator, so it’s never quiet here. We drink a lot of tea while we figure out why a motor isn't turning. The GIDC estate is a maze, and people always get lost looking for 118-d, so we usually have to go out to the main road to wave them in. It's a living. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just have a bunch of wrenches and some guys who know how to use them. Every morning we open the big metal shutters and start all over again. It's just a regular shop where we try to do the work right and not make too many mistakes.
